MYLA offers many valuable services to its members including free and low-cost CLEs and social networking events, such as its Happy Hours and Judges' Night. 

Skills Development

It is MYLA's goal to help young lawyers gain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the ever-changing legal profession. To that end, each year MYLA offers free and/or low cost CLEs to its members as well as other skills training.

This year, MYLA is planning two Fall CLEs:

• Mediation Training
• How to Put Out Your Own Shingle

Networking

Every other month, MYLA hosts a social networking event for its members. These can be Happy Hours at local watering holes or annual events such as Judge's Night in December -- where MYLA members interact with Judges and Magistrates from local, state and federal courts -- and MYLA's Annual Meeting in May.
